A. FIFTH GLASS BOTTLES are the most popular and economical snow cone syrup dispensers. Approximately four to five dollars of retail sales is possible from one fifth bottle of snowcone syrup. Several fifth bottles are required for the best selling syrups. Cap included is size 28 mm/400. Quart plastic long neck dispensers are also available.

B. POURERS are pushed into the top of the fifth glass bottles. The pourers are vented so as to pour a steady stream of syrup. The pourers will also fit the top opening of the plastic quarts. Colors available are dark sparkle red, dark sparkle green. fluorescent red, green, blue and yellow.

B. SPEED POURERS have a larger opening to pour thicker snow-cone syrups. Colors available are (lark sparkle red and fluorescent red.

C. NIGHTCAPS fit on pourers and speed pourers to keep ants and fruit flies out of the fifth glass bottles over night.

D. FLAVOR LABELS are mylar pressure sensitive.

The label has a clear plastic coating that provides a glossy, waterproof stain resistant finish. Mylar labels are used for snow cone fifth glass bottles, plastic jugs, dispensers and flavor menus. Labels are available for the entire snow-cone flavor list plus labels listed below.

E. 1-1/2 GALLON ROUND SYRUP DISPENSER delivers syrup direct to the snowcone. The variable flow of the spigot is faster than the flfth glass bottles with pourers. Flavored syrup is usually prepared by the gallon and will easily fit Into the 1-1/2 gallon dispenser when depleted to less than one-half gallon. Pouring one gallon into the syrup dispenser reptaces the need to fill five fifth glass bottles. The container is 7-3/4" tall and 10-1/4" at the widest point - handle to handle.

F. 2 GALLON ROUND SYRUP DISPENSER is 10-1/2" tall and 10-1/4" at the widest point - handle to handle.

G. 5 GALLON ROUND SYRUP DISPENSER is 13-1/2" tall and 13-3/4" at the widest point - handle to handle. This snow cone syrup dispenser is sometimes used to fill fifth glass bottles with simple syrup.

10 GALLON MIXING TANK is 15-3/4" tall and 17-1/4" at the widest point - handle to handle.

H. MIXING PADDLE is 40" long with a 4-1/2" by 7" paddle.

I. SPIGOT requires a 3/4" hole. This standard spigot is the replacement spigot for snow-cone syrup dispensers and mixing tanks.

J. SYRUP PUMP dispenses one ounce servings. The pump adjusts to fit one gallon plastic jugs or #10 cans with a plastic top.

SYRUP DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH REMOTE SYRUP TANK:

A. SPIGOT WITH BARB receives a 1/2" ID, 5/8" OD clear plastic hose. Mounting the spigots into 11/16" to 3/4" holes drilled in a clear plastic sheet will provide the best display.

CLEAR PLASTIC SHEET 24" x 36" x 3/16" thick is used for mounting the spigot with barb.

B. PLASTIC HOSE FITTING ASSEMBLY requires a 1" hole to adapt 1/2" ID clear plastic hose to the remote syrup tank.

C. REMOTE SYRUP TANK sizes are 1-1/2 gallon, 2 gallon and 5 gallon.

D. CLEAR PLASTIC HOSE - 1/2" ID, 5/8" OD

F. PLASTIC GALLON JUGS are used to store simple syrup and flavored syrup. A gallon jug for a particular flavor should be used subsequent times for only that flavor. Thus a possible crossover of flavors will be prevented. Cap included is size 38 mm/400.

G. POLYTOP is size 28nirn/400 and is not vented. Polytop is designed for use with containers that can be squeezed such as plastic quarts.

H. FUNNEL is dome shaped with a 3-1/2" diameter. It can be used to put a dome top on snow balls. A 4-1/2" diameter dome shaped funnel is also available.

I. GALLON JUG BRUSH is for small neck gallon jugs.

J. POURER BRUSH cleans all holes in all pourers. The brush can also be used to clean the hollow handle of gallon jugs.

K. FIFTH GLASS BOTTLE BRUSH reaches all points of a fifth glass bottle. The brush will not return from the quart plastic container.

L. CHLORINE RINSE AND TEST KIT meets State Board of Health requirements. Usage level for sanitizing solution is 2/3 ounce (2 tablespoon measure) to three gallons of water. The chlorine test paper measures the required 220 ppm.

M. SPATULA is used to clear the snow spout of the Southern Snow Machine. Turn the machine off and allow to stop before clearing the snow spout with either end of the spatula. Keep fingers out of the spout at all times.

N. ICE PICK is used for scoring and splitting ice as well as removing the waste ice from the Southern Snow Machine.

0. SIX PRONG ICE PICK is used for flattening uneven blocks.

P. 2 OUNCE MEASURING BEAKER easily measures the 25 milliliters (four-fifths of an ounce) of flavor concentrate required for one fifth bottle of syrup.

5 OUNCE MEASURING BEAKER easily measures the 4 ounces of flavor concentrate required for one gallon of syrup.

R. 8 OUNCE MEASURING BEAKER is convenient for larger batches.

A. CUP DISPENSERS are available in several sizes which are adjustable to a variety of cup sizes. The stainless steel cup dispensers can be mounted on the wall or the optional rotating stand.

ADJ-20 is used for 6, 7.8. 10 or 12 ounce cups with a diameter of 2-3/4" to 3-3/8".

ADJ-30 is used for 10, 12, 14, 16, 20 or 24 ounce cups with a diameter of 3-1/4" to 3-7/8".

ADJ-40 is used for 32 ounce cups with a diameter of 3-7/8" to 4-7/8".

VS-4 ROTATING STAND can support two to four cup dispensers.

CUP PROTECTOR RING is used as a shield when making snow shakes or malts. The ring can he inverted to build a head on a snow hall. Ring is available in three sizes.

B. SMALL RING is used with 14, 16 & 20 ounce Wincup styrofoam cups.

E. SIGNS made of weatherproof coroplast plastic are ideal for the promotion and increase efficiency of your business. The "SNOW BALLS" sign measures 8" x 32". The other signs measure 12" x 4". The signs can be mounted to any flat surface with silicone rubber sealant, All signs are red letters on yellow background.

F. PENNANTS will tell everyone that your snow ball operation is open and ready for business - especially new businesses and those that were closed for the winter. The 120 foot long string of red white and blue pennants is constructed from four-gauge polyethylene, double sewn on plastic covered hi-strength, sag resistant nablon.
