Food products (concentrates) may not be returned under any circumstances. (Even
if unused)
All supplies (excluding concentrates) have to be returned within 15 calendar days
of the original purchase date. Shipping charges of the original order are non refundable.
There will be no returns or refunds allowed on products that have been used or damaged.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to items that have been approved for return.
Refunds will not be given on returned items until it has been received and inspected.
A copy of the receipt must be included. If a receipt is not included, Snow Ingredients™
reserves the right not to issue a refund on the items returned. Shipping charges
of any returned items will be the responsibility of the individual returning the
items (unless a representative of Snow Ingredients™ has decided otherwise).
Obtaining and authorization to return an item can only be performed by calling Snow
Ingredients™ at 800-393-8933. E-mails and faxes will not be accepted. Items that
are returned to Snow Ingredients™ without prior authorization will not be accepted.
